PINEHAVEN PAEDS WARD DISGUSTING SERVICE

Bad service from the paeds ward on the 2nd of June 2025. Part of the reason my daughter is admitted is dehydration. The night shift staff I asked for water from 20:23 time is now 21:58 my daughter even fell asleep asking for water. I was told someone is bringing the water, 30 minutes later went to follow up am told water is on the jug at the water station and the cup I was offered is filthy, informed the staff and they were just sitting at the nurse's station still not attending to us till now my child even fell asleep without the water we asked for. Even asked if they could show me where to get the water and clean cups myself they just sat there and looked at me. To say am utterly disgusted by the service does not justify how I feel right now. Patients die in the hands of people we want to trust with our lives, reasons we pay high premiums of medical aid only to receive such nonsense service from the staff... this needs to be addressed and attended to asap because it is not acceptable!!!
