Pinehave hospital - no go!!!

WOW SHOCKING, but suppose I can not expect anything better. My Husband was suppose to be operated this morning at pinehaven hospital. After waiting for 40min, the lady at reception was so rude and unproffesional not to mention ******. When my husband requested to speak to the manager his client service and manners were not any better. Disguisted that you have these types of people working and representing your company. We have a Gap cover and was told to pay them cash. My husband advise them of this and their attitude just got worse to the point where my husband took his auth papers and left. The manager even had the disgrace to tell my husband if he doesnt pay , they cant help him. WHAT HAS PRIVATE HOSPITALS COME TO and no managers able to assist???
