Pholosho hospital is a death hall (**********)

This hospital does not deserve even a single star. My mother came here around 13:00 in the afternoon and till now 21:00 she has not been admitted. The nurse Tondani and the doctors are rude and not even helping. The old lady was left at the reception and I had to drive from joburg to polokwane just to fight for her to be given a room. Called the manager, it didn't help. I need to notify the medical aid not to pay them after this ********** experience
