Pharmacist attitude

Admitted at Parkland hospital on Monday in the uro ward. Nurses there look after patients very well both day shift and night shift. Well done nurses!! I hen comes the pharmacy at the end when you have to collect medication. They kept me more than an hour then asked the sister in the ward to phone them. The reply saying medication is not ready. Then 30 min more later I go down and find my medication ready but busy chatting instead of informing the ward. The pharmacy care less. After I he good job done by nurses the pharmacy mess up everything
