Payback our money from R100k

Unitas need to pay back our money. My dad, brother and i took my mum to Unitas where she was in ER/ED for over 12 hours, supposedly on oxygen, as she had heart failure. When we asked to see her, Unitas said we have to talk about and finalise money first, since she is a private patient. We paid R100,000 that day before leaving the hospital and before being allowed to see my mum. After over 12 hours, she was moved from ED to "ICU", which in that case was written high care on the entrance of the supposed "ICU". We were told that daily rate for ICU is approximately R25k to R26k. We later made arrangement that evening to transfer my mum to another private hospital, and by the following day, in less than 24 hours in the supposed "ICU", my mum was transferred to the other facility. Now, we need our money back and Unitas said they already spent R41k, for what? And that the rest of the money will be paid to us in 2 to 7 days. Now, a week after, we were told that they have spent over R51K. How can Unitas continue charging us even a week after my mum left their hospital? Unitas is still saying the refund will take a minimum of 5 to 7days We will definitely not take this lying down. We will go the legal route!
