Patients getting ****** inside the hospital ward
My Husband was admitted on the 11th of November 2019, on the 14th around 01H30 midnight, someone got in the ward through the ward sliding door at 1st floor section 4. He then went to his bed while he was sleeping and unplugged his phone and ran out through the sliding door again, when he woke up to run after him that guy shut the sliding door so hard that it got locked. So when he tried to open the door it was too late he couldnt catch him, so what do the hospital say about the patients safety? You get ****** inside a privatehospital, in the ward on your hospital bed and nothing is been done about it. When you ask about the cameras , they are not working , so what if more that person could have ****ed him? So patients life's are at risk inside a private hospital, where you are paying the hospital bills but your life is at risk, its no longer about being concerned about the loss of the phone but patients safety. We are not getting any valid feedback from their superiors so how do we deal with this matter?
