Patient covered in blood for 30 hours

My child tried to commit suicide on 24/9/2023. We rushed with her to the ER at Alberton Netcare. The medical staff was very helpful and immediately took her in. She laid there for quite a while until we asked about her. They took me to her. She was still full of blood because she said it's hurting when the clean the wounds. She drank lots of her bipolar tablets...... Mustn't something be done immediately about the toxins and the wounds? She had one or other drip on. Unfortunately I couldn't go through today, a friend of mine went. NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO CLEAN HER UP OR TO AT LEAST SANITIZE THE WOUNDS OR GIVE HER SOME PAIN MEDS OR TO EASE HER MIND A BIT! Round about 18:00 tonight, she took a shower to wash off the blood😡😡😡😡😡What kind of patient care is that????? Her drip has been empty since last night and she told them..... NOTHING! When I called and asked to speak to someone from management, Sr Wilma Fourie, she was very rude about the fact that she only came on duty at 18:45, and she'll let me know once she was there. She called to say that the wounds are not deep and that Anchene could wash it with soap and water. HOW ARROGANT!!!!!! And that they couldn't give her anything for pain etc because the Dr wasn't there yet...... 29 hours later!!!!!!! It's nearly as bad as the government hospitals. The difference is that we pay a huge amount of money towards medical aids to ensure that we get the best treatment. Isn't that ***** towards the medical aid? What do they pay for?????? I'm incredibly angry and I need answers as soon as possible.
