Patient cellphone ****** from the ward

Im deeply dissatisfied and disappointment with the incident of theft that happen at union hospital on the 18/05/24

@19H05, the incident was reported to sister khambule and handed over the matter to the security personnel who was on duty on the day in question ,apart from that the was a male nurse who told my wife that the hospital is not liable of any loss of patient belonging,

My question is , is now the patient belongings are going to dissapear whithout any trace because the hospital is not going to be liable for the loss?or that is going to used to justified theft from the hospital

And the very same male nurse that has came to my wife as a she suspected her he might be the one who stole a cellphone came around early hours of the morning in her ward before cell phone was ****** try to move something next to the her bed she had a noise she awake he left without saying any word,

I think when a patient are in hospital the must be safe not at all where incident of this nature was suppose to take place ,I sending you this mail to seek way forward as I was told by the security personnel this is not the first incident, what is to netcare doing to resolve this type of disturbing incident
