pathetic stay at hospital

this should have been sent a long time ago but been busy with the baby .<br> last year april 4th i gave birth to a baby girl at kingsway hospital situated in amanzimtoti and they are apart of the netcare group.<br> my experience at the hospital left me speechless.<br> the maternity ward has gone from bad to pathetic.after delivery there was nobody to assist my anaesthetist to help me out of theatre.<br> in the ward i was given baby which i had no problem with but they had given me so much meds that i still had the baby in my arms when i was so highly drugged and asleep.<br> the menu that we fill in for breakfast lunch and supper i specified my preferences but when i received my food i was given beef (which was not what i ordered and against my religion)<br> they could not give me another meal as i was told the kitchen was closed so i had to make arrangements for supper to be sent to me.<br> my husband was told to leave the same time as other visitors.<br> the guard came into my room and opened the curtains whilst i was feeding the baby<br> my whole experience at the hospital was terrible and the service received being at a private hospital was beyond pathetic.no response from letter on discharge
