Pathetic services
I have settled my account in December 2023 with Netcare. Everytime VAan Rhyns attorneys are contacting me to settle my account. You people could have contacted Netcare as the amount is settled. Why can't you do your'lls jobs properly. So many sms's with different balances. Kindly stop contacting me. I've sent emails to Joanna and the attorneys they don't even bother to respond. I will advertise this on all social media platforms.

Netcare will send numerous messages but to respond to an email no one cares cause account is paid. I've sent numerous emails to Joanna and the attorneys but no response. Joanna even sent me an incorrect statement last year for another patient. Did she not check before sending me the wrong statement. My account was settled in December 2023 so why the attorneys still contacting me.

I have sent my statement through that my account was settled in December 2023. I even contacted the casualty and they said there is 1 outstanding balance. So what do you people expect I must be a stupid to pay extra when the 1 account is settled in full.

01 Sept 2024, 11:45Good day according to ER there is only 1 outstanding balance that was handed over to the attorneys which I wasn't aware of and it will be sorted out. So I do not know why the attorneys are saying I'm owing for September 2023. I'm not receiving and replies from Louis or any emails that I send to the attorneys. Pathetic services as last year when I started paying for my account that was for September 2023 they subtracted the amount from the 1st payment and the guy who 1st called from the attorneys was very rude he told me not to pay Netcare but to pay the attorneys. I only should receive sms's from Netcare directly and that account was settled in December 2023, so I do not know who else to contact regarding the attorneys as I'm not getting any response from them.
