Pathetic Service Mulbarton Hospital
I went to the Mulbarton Hospital last night at 6:30 my 3 month old baby hurt his head, so I needed to make sure that he was ok, the Nursing Staff were excellent and checked his vitals immediately and took him in to see the doctor, while waiting for the doctor they asked me to open a file, I get to reception and the male receptionist doesn't even great me he simply arrogantly looked up at me and abruptly told me to put my name on the list which i did, the doctor had already seen my son and confirmed that he was fine, and i was still waiting, i waited for 1 hour after before I could open the file. By then a new person came on duty Cecelia, she was even more arrogant then the first person, she didn't great me, she was extremely arrogant and abrupt, after i signed where i needed to she started speaking to someone else without finalizing with me, when i made eye contact she simply said you can go!!

the reception at Mulbarton hospital is simply shocking, there's no need to be that rude and abrupt to patience, especially when dealing with the health of a loved one.
