Pathetic service from Netcare Umhlanga refunds department

Case number *** This is a case number for my refund that that I was supposed to get and I have been sent from pillar to post and promised that all is in order and nothing happens, I have called the refunds department several times from early last month and no seems to know what is going on , I have never received such terrible service in my life and even when you call and complain no one seems to care , I even requested to speak to a supervisor and they kept cutting the call on me , I'm still shocked !!
