Pathetic service from Netcare Rasslouw

Pathetic service from Rasslow netcare hospital, my son got involved in an accident yesterday morning, he was checked by the doctor and admitted, ever since that time around 09h00 he wasn’t checked nor given food or water until I arrived and asked the nurses why is going on , he was still dressed in dirty clothes from the accident, he slept on the same clothes until the following day when my daughter brought him fresh clothes ,the doctor only checked him in the evening after I asked why is the doctor not checking him. Today Sunday I went to the hospital in the evening and the bandage want changed since yesterday and it was dirty , i again had to complain to the nurses who were sitting at the station of the medical ward busy chatting amongst themselves.they were about 5 of them .in my view this hospital is worse than even public hospitals.
