Pathetic service from Kingsway hospital

Pathetic service from Kingsway hospital. I was admitted at Kingsway hospital from ***.black nurses in that hospital abuses black patients. They don't respect black patients but when other races called them for assistance they come greet with a smile and when a black you are treated like nobody. Iam so disgusted with their behavior because being in a Private hospital, we are paying our monies there, it's not free. black nurses only treats their neighbour's with care. Only if they know you from their township they will treat you with care. There was a patient in my ward where I was Medical ward 1, apparently they knew that patient they will come and greet her and ask her how she's doing if there's anything that she needs. With me because they did not know me. They will greet me with a straight face and that's it. There was an elderly patient in my ward of which they never assisted her with care she would cry of pains but they won't give her medication sometimes if she wants to go to the toilet she will even call me to give her a hand because nurses there only knows to put make up and nails. They not dedicated to their job. I had an incident where I was given medication at 4:58 by the night shift staff but my drip came off I reported the incident to the day shift staff when they came at 7:00am but they Ignored me until 12:00. meaning I was not given Medication until 12:00 when I was in pain from the morning. I then went to complain that I need medication only then they came to put up a drip to give medication. The sad part is that once you complain you become an enemy in the ward. All nurses will be talking bad about. I was fearing for my life I couldn't wait for my doctor to discharge me, I felt unsafe in a place where Iam paying thousands of Rands to be there. What a Poor service in Kingsway. Kingsway is slowly going down I'm sure why because it's still under Netcare but it is the same as a public hospital. When Dr Senoga was alive and I used to take my kids there at least I was given a little bit of respect because Nurses were scared of Dr Senoga. He actually put that hospital on a map because I knew if Iam admitted by him I will be respected. I feel that nurses there gives respect according to color of your skin and it depends on the doctor that admitted you. Dr Dookhi my Urologist a very kind doctor cause I have to give credit where it's due, he listens to u, order all medication that you need as a patient then the problem is the nurses. Happy Khuzwayo very hard working nurse but she does not get support from her colleagues because they just not bothered, she was very nice and dedicated to her work. There was a lady called Philiswa one of the cleaning staff very rude individual there was a time when my Lacson medication spell on the floor. She never came to clean but she was in and out of the room refusing to clean, visitors came and the whole floor was sticky until one of the sisters told her to Clean.she came to clean but she was giving lip service that she doesn't know what happened here she didn't want clean. Sad part she was talking in Isizulu the language that I understand. That how disrespectful Kingsway staff are. I'm not sure what seems to be the problem in Kingsway wherether it's management or what is happening but I will not refer anyone in that hospital. I don't want to be admitted in that hospital to be abused by African nurses because Iam black.
