Pathetic Service

If there was a rating below 1 star I would share it but I see that Netcare has several negative reviews so I guess they no longer even care! I’m sitting here with my 3rd worst experience in healthcare and all 3 of them belong to Netcare Umhlanga. Today again we have been waiting for HOURS to be attended to! When you ask the nurses they casually tell you that there’s only one Doctor working and when you ask why you are told we need to be FULL to a certain level before they call another Doctor! Yes you heard me correctly we need to be full and possibly wait longer hours before they see a need to call a Doctor!!! Then they charge a lot of money for this poor service and still do nothing to improve it. This is ridiculous and everyone here is complaining… You guys don’t take the value of our lives seriously
