Pathetic service

Tuesday 9th of April I was scheduled for colonoscopy by my Surgeon DrF Docrat. Upon my arrival at present admission reception, a lady the name of Suraya gave me a horrible and pathetic service and ended up leaving without going for appointment. Even when I explained to her that the co payment she was talking about, my medical aid is going to send me that money to pay hospital, she didn't understand or maybe she's *********** or what. After numerous attempts to tell her to phone the office of my Dr, she didn't listen so I'm disappointed with the hospital and the staff member.i will book another hospital in future. No more netcare
