Pathetic Service

Netcare Greenacres Hospital once again has shown me what a pathetic hospital it is. To pay such exorbitant medical aid fees for private health care then my wife to be told she would need to wait 2-3 hours to see a doctor is just pathetic! I ask what is the point of having medical aid then if you have to wait such long periods???
