Pathetic service by pharmacy staff

I have visited the pharmacy on Monday 21 Dec 2015 to collect medication for my mother which were out of stock on Friday when I handed in the script. The service or would I rather say lack of service is pathetic. Waited for 20 min for the pharmacist to help me as the person whom I spoke to first was to lazy and lade back to assist. It seems as if its to much of an effort to just do their job properly. After I was eventually helped I needed additional medication for my mother the pharmacist had to get someone from the back to process the medication. I waited for another 15 min for someone to come and help me and then gave up. They were all sitting at the back having a jolly fun time and not interested in delivering a service for which they get paid and went to Discem where I was helped very quickly and in a very friendly manner. I wont ever go to that pathetic pharmacy again. Their lack of service is an absolute joke and disgrace.
