Pathetic service at netcare mulbarton

Netcare Mulbarton service pathetic... Arrived at the emergency section at 1am.. A lady received us and asked us to sit (the emergency is empty at this point) she then went to let her colleague know there are people waiting.. Came back and told us someone will be attending us soon.. 30 min later still waiting.. I went to check the male nurse was sleeping.. We then left, as we opened the door to leave he came rushing, to our suprise he helped us closing the door..
