Pathetic service Alberton Hospital

Extremely poor service at Alberton Hospital. Nursing staff not friendly and mostly have bad attitudes. Not trying to assist and nowhere to be found when you need them. No feedback is given and you basically have to take care of yourself. Poor hygiene and dirty floors and toilets. Outrages prices at cafeteria. The list goes on. Pathetic to sum it all up
