pathetic service after an operation

My wife went in for an operation at the Sunward Park Netcare hospital. After the operation a pipe was left in her throat and she could not breathe. After struggling and battling to breathe one of the sisters said, \oh - they left this pipe in her throat"as if it was no big deal. My wife did complain to the hospital and they promised to call her back which they have not done. Service in this country is a joke. First of all how can they be so careless? Secondly"
