Pathetic Service

On the 24th of September, I rushed my 6 year old son who has special needs to the Netcare Mulbarton hospital emergency room. He fell and got a deep cut on his forehead which needed stitches. He was full of blood and needed immediate medical attention. However I was told by Sister Cynthia that my son`s case is not an emergency and I have to wait in the queue. I left the hospital and went to Union hospital where I got the help I needed. I will not use Mulbarton hospital again the nurses are not friendly, they not helpful and they do not have any urgency for emergency cases.
