Pathetic service

We seriously need a competent hospital emergency unit in Alberton. Have been to the Union tonight. Staff is rude, waited 2 hours with no one bothering to even check in on the patient, not to mention treating the patient. Ultimately had to leave, endure the pain and see a GP tomorrow. Pathetic service Netcare!!
