Pathetic service

The WORST!!! Did not feed my mum-in-law who is diabetic, bed-ridden and ignoring her dietary requirements. She had not eaten for 24hrs. CALLED several times, eventually got to the ward nurse Sister Mpumi, tried from 7.48am until 8.15am. Awaiting Sister Karen to resolve.
