Pathetic Parking design.
<p>The brand new Netcare Christiaan Barnard Memorial hospital in Cape Town has the worst parking area EVER designed. 2 vehicles cannot pass each other on any corner without having an accident. In the first 7 months since opening there have been numerous accidents and there will be 1000's to follow. I can only surmise that said architect must have been inebriated or bought his/her qualifications. He/she should be imprisoned and made to pay for every accident arising out of his/her incompetence! I give the parking area 0/10! I gave the star rating as 1 as you won't allow me to leave it blank! </p>
