Pathetic hospital - Sunninghill Netcare

I was in a car accident on 5 September 2019, fractured 2 ribs and badly injured my back. The doctor at Sunninghill Netcare casualties failed to identify the fractured ribs and did not consider the back injuries, he also did not do x-rays for the whiplash from the car accident (surely this is a standard consideration). He also noted the injuries as minor, leading to the medical aid to reject the medical aid bills.

To request any assistance from the hospital to fix the claim to note that I was in a car accident and fractures, is impossible. The patient also has to pay the doctor's offices to request such assistance, after the doctor did a poor job.

Discovery has indicated that they will settled the bills with appropriate information from the hospital, but impossible to get any sort of real assistance.

Sunninghill Hospital has subsequently handed me over for non-payment of some of the bills.

In future, rather go to Waterfall, anything is better than this hospital.
