Pathetic facility

I am absolutely mortified at the condition of Sunninghill hospital! My son was admitted into the paeds ward and when I arrived I was shocked to see the condition of the walls and the "lazy boy couch" which I had to sleep on. I am absolutely disappointed that this is a private hospital but the condition is as bad a government hospital. My son needed juice and I asked the sister to please give me juice she said to me the kitchen is closed and there's no juice at all so sorry I must order the juice in the morning. My child slept the entire day and night without drinking anything as refused to drink the water. The aircon is some what 1946 there's no remote the room was extremely hot and we had to put a chair to stand to reach the aircon to put it on, seriously this is a private hospital the reason why we pay so much for medical aid is to have proper health care with proper facilities available. Parents stay in hospital is exhausting, I did not sleep since I arrived till the next morning as I was extremely uncomfortable sleeping on a lazy boy chair which was torn the leather kept hurting me, apart from that the chair which I had to sleep on was broken I fell 5 times off the chair while trying to wake up to see to my child, this was no fun at all as I hurt my head on the floor! Sunninghill hospital has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will Never come back here ever again. Please do me a favor and atleast be accommodating to the parents that stay at the hospital with their kids. It was definitely not a pleasant stay at all and I regret ever coming to this terrible hospital!
