Pathetic customer service

Shadrack Mokoena Parklane Netcare Pharmacy, firstly this mans attitude stinks a whole deal... yesterday while I was in the queue to order formula for my daughter when I got to the front of the queue he gave me a dirty look and called someone else and told them he’s going for lunch... and completely disregarded me and left for lunch... today I went there again to collect the formula which I had ordered and again he gave me a dirty look and rudely said can’t you see the queue when I was simply there to collect... he even went as far as to pass comments to his colleague and say “some people like special treatment”... please advise this man about his attitude- he is an employee there and should act as such... I am very disappointed by this service... do something about this man he is beyond rude and lacks customer focus and service s****s....
