Pathetic customer experience

I was insulted and manhandled by Olivedale Hospital Netcare nurse by the name of Masemola, as I write I'm still shocked with disbelief. Securities were called and incident was reported to Sr in charge by the name of Karen. I really cannot believe that Netcare employes such high risk individuals like Masemola to work with vulnerable people like patients.
