Pathetic Blaauberg ER

Had to take my daughter to the ER at Blaauberg Hospital yesterday. The staff is exceptionally rude . No people skills what so ever . They have absolutely no passion for there work . Its basically just a job for them . The room in the ER section was dirty unhygienic. There were 2 used syringes on the floor and old used cotton wool . No wonder ppl get infections . The one nurse ( will not mention her name was absolutely rude . When I asked to see the doctor for any updates I was told in a rude manner that they are too busy . This hospital used to be a very clean friendly hospital .
