Pathetic

Absolutely appalling services. Still waiting for a refund to be processed. Tried calling in a few times and was told the person handling my refund is not available, ask to be transferred to someone else that can assist me and they're also not available. Is there anyone actually working? You guys are so quick to charge for every damn thing but take a ages to process a refund.
