Parklands Hospital Surprised Me

My husband was booked into Parklands as a day visitor for a procedure. It was the first time we'd ever been there. As soon as we were checked in by reception, we were greeted by a friendly lady who took us to his ward and settled us in. We were immediately attended to by the very friendly and efficient Sr Vanshree Govender. I have never experienced such wide-spread friendliness and helpfulness. I spent the day there, moving between the ward and the cafferteria and every single staff member (including security) I met made eye contact with me and smiled. We arrived feeling very nervous and disorientated and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. I can't stop thinking about this because the impact on us was massive. Well done and thank you Parklands!
