Parents not catered for @Kingsway Hospital

My child was admitted at Kingsway Hospital in Amanzimtoti on Tuesday 8 October 2019 Since he’s only 2 months old I had to stay with him and my reason for complaining is that parents are not catered for in this hospital. The beds that we sleeping in are so uncomfortable and when you complain they say it’s was the Department that approved these hard chairs . I’m absolutely horrified that a Health department would approved such uncomfortable chairs to sleep in where is the comfort? Where are the sleeper couches that were here before ? The shocking part is that I’ve slept at another Netcare (Parklands hospital) and never experience such . Minister you would never allow your wife or kids to sleep in these chairs so why would you approve such ? All the parents are complaining and I pay way too much tax to sleep like this and this is the reason I have medical aid so that I can be at least comfortable and get the best care ... someone please intervene urgently and I expect a phone call with regards to this complaint. I’m going to social media as well with this.
