My 17‑year‑old daughter was admitted to Netcare Unitas Hospital on 09 January 2026 for an elective procedure, and from the moment we arrived, the level of care we received was exceptional. From reception to admission, every staff member treated us with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. The process was smooth, reassuring, and handled with great empathy — something every parent needs when their child is undergoing a procedure. A huge thank you to the Hospital Manager and the Unit Manager of Ward 2A. Their teams went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable, informed, and well looked after throughout her stay. The environment was clean, calm, and extremely well‑managed. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service and support we experienced at Unitas.
