Outstanding Service

Good Day

I would like to say thank you Sbongile Ntsala at the emergency reception for assisting my husband. He got to the hospital just after 17:00 pm and the staff that was in duty just told him that the company documents was not in order but when she came in for her shift we approached her and she made the process so much easier

She got my husband to go to triage while helping me get all the documents from the Company. She even spoke to the manager to make sure that all paper work is completed just to make sure that he can be assisted.
