Oops! Radiologists gives shocking wrong report and claims he was busy

Went to Net are Linmed for a CT scan. When I read report it indicated I had had a hysterectomy and that a loose part was probably an ovary. After rushing to two specialist, they finally referred me back to the radiology department. Dr Gert Steyn laughed at me and said oops he made a mistake but that he was under a lot of pressure. He said all was OK but still did not give me a proper report. He was lighthearted and condescending. How can a hospital and a so called specialist make such a mistake? The shock I experiences was horrific. This Dr should be investigated and I demand an apology and a proper report for my scan.
