Online Pre-Admission Booking

I phoned Kingsway Hospital in Amanzimtoti in Durban to find out what is the operating times for pre-admission. The lady informed me that they take the last patient details at 15H30. Well I only finish work at 15H30 during the day and they are not open on the weekend. <br> I thought to do it online as they are promoting it. I have registered previously for online pre-admission booking with my previous cell phone number. I got to the screen where it says that the OTP will be sent to my old cell phone number. I phoned the hospital and they advise me that they cannot assist me and that I need to phone their head office in JHB. I phoned the number and they put me through to someone, who just dropped the phone after waiting on the line for a while. I phoned again and complained that the call was disconnected. No apology was provided, just being told that they cannot help me. This is so frustrating. I will have to take time off work now to go and do the pre-admission. <br> Please can someone assist me.<br> Thank you<br> Renske Buist
