Nwabisa - Netcare Park Lane - Bad Service and Bad attitude

Netcare Park Lane needs to review its employees especially the staff that brings food to the patients. A lady by the name of Nwabisa has a very bad attitude. I had breakfast round about 8 and my plates were only collected at 12pm when she was bringing lunch and to top it all off I had just had a caesarean and she expected me to move the tray for her so she could put the current tray. Her attitude in requesting that was very bad.

I also had take away from the night before of which I put on the tray so they can be disposed off in the kitchen bin instead of the general medical bins but she removed them and left them on the table next to my bed.

Nwabisa is rude and we are paying too much money to be treated like this.
