Nurses at Pinehaven

I would like to rate 0 stars toe Pinehaven Hospital their nurses in the covid ward are rude, impatient, lack empathy and not professional at all. When you call for updates on patients they are rude over the phone. They do not care at all we have had 3 patients in that ward the last month and witnessed the lack of care. The doctors are excellent!
