nurse slams door in my face and on my hand!

My mom and I took my sister to olivedale with chest pains and while sister rosemary was tending to her she proceeded to tell my sister and the Dr that there is no problem as she is always there with chest pains. They allowed my mom into trauma and when I opened the door and asked if she's okay, sister rosemary slammed the door in my face and on my hand and said rudely \close the door NOW!\". I was always under the impression that nurses are suppose to be helpful and caring.... never in my life have I experienced such disrespect and foul treatment from a nurse. She gave the Dr preconceived ideas and the Dr did not even perform a proper diagnosis as the nurse had claimed to know that there was no problem. The Dr's name is Nicole Vd Westerhuizn. This is extremely unacceptable as my sister is still having chest pain and they sent her home. I hope this matter will soon be resolved as we are all absolutely appalled. I do not recommend that anyone takes there child to this hospital, as they simply do not care nor have any compassion."
