Not well treated in Netcare

I am disappointed with the way I am treated. I was admitted yesterday and told that I will go to the theater in the morning. I had stopped eating and drinking yesterday at 18:00pm and currently I am hungry and in much pain. I have not even been in the theater and it's already midday instead I am given excuses of who went to the theater. I have complained about the freezing room as well and I am told about centralized system. Disappointed with the way the patients are treated. I am actually anticipating to discharge myself as this is utter nonsense. I want to be transferred to Mediclinic as I have never experienced such service there
