Not proper staff appointed

My mother-in-law visited Moot Hospital for a few days. Upon arrival, her chronic medication was handed over to the hospital so they could manage her medication during her stay. At the time of her discharge, it was pointed out to the hospital that they had placed the wrong medication in my mother-in-law’s package. There were several containers belonging to other patients. Despite us pointing this out to them, there was still medication belonging to a Mrs. Caroline Pretorius mixed in with my mother-in-law’s medication. My mother-in-law did not notice this properly and had already used the medication for a few days. It is unacceptable to allow people at the hospital to handle medication without having the necessary qualifications and requirements.
