Not professional on call keeps on ringing

I was told I'm owing netcare less than 2000 but they handed me over to saya recoveries without even contacting me, I then paid the whole amount through saya they said within 48 hrs my name will be removed from the list, now when I call them their fone keeps on ringing and dropped, I can't be listed while I have paid please remove my name urgently
