Not nice Linmed!!!!

My 86 Yr old mother was admitted to Linmed orthopedics ward yesterday after a bad fall at home and an agonizing time in Medicross rooms. We were met with apathy and lack of interest by the sisters in the ward. The doctor was supposed to meet us there, he hadn't arrived by the time we left to come home for a much needed meal. Upon phoning, the sister told me to bring chronic meds, toiletries and snacks. We did so, and were told at reception that we could under no circumstances go through to the ward. Still no news this morning, so phoned again and was throughly chastised by same sister for not filling in forms properly and not coming to the ward in the evening. No amount of explaining from our side seemed to placate her. I am concerned with the treatment my mother is receiving and the serious lack of communication and general interest and empathy. Not nice Linmed!!!!!!! This is an old lady in pain and a very concerned, stressed family.
