NOT HELP

I went to Sunninghill hospital on the 20th May at 11H30 because i had back pains and my eyes were sore. I was in the q for a while and it was not even full!! I was taken into casualty, only my blood pressure and weight was taken. Than the nurse was missing....i was in pain walking up and down the wall way in tears and no one attended to me, i was in there for more than 30 min while nurses were playing with there phones. Was told that they only attend to crital people first so, i got dresses and left. I will rather go to a goverment clinic (Petervale Clinic) where the service is on point and the nurses go the extra mile....i dare your hosiptal to bill me cause i was not attended to!!! I wanted to lay a complaint and no one could tell me where to go.....Mxm...SEE ME NO MORE SUNNINGHILL HOSPITAL!!!
