not happy

my child doesnt have identity until now gave birth at netcare mulbarton on the 08.06.2021 and filled all forms correctly and they checked everything was done went back and fetched the baby certificate because no one called to say its ready when my husband got there to fetch it incorrect date of birth 08.06.2021 on eof the nurses said he should leave it they will ask home affairs people when they come,weeks went by i drove to the hospital asked if the birth certificate is ready they said no ,sister Pam unit manager called and said i must go to maponya they will print it out ,went to maponya with the baby again up and down using my money for petrol qued my baby crying goty inside guess what i must pay 75 because its over 30 days now they dont do print out go to orlando or town i still called sister pam told me will send a whats up so u can go straight to the mananger at home affairs town,another money wasting,up to today still waiting fpr her whats up,asked my sister to accompany me to town got there the manager was sick Pride they reffered me to Lindiwe then lindiwe reffered me to another lady forgot her name she said i need to fill out other forms to change date of birth and pay 75 but then i must go back so my husband can sign really the same forms i filled out last time again and again it was a friday she said i must come back monday up and down with a small baby again and theres covid i fail to understand why didnt thje unit manager be up to date and make sure every thing was done correctly im sure im the only person who experience this,im not happy at all my contacts *** my baby date of birth will be incorrect until how long
