Non-Supply Of Medication

On the 4th of October 2015 at 20:10pm I took my 8 year old Daughter to Cuyler Hospital in Uitenhage because of her running a high fever of 38.8 degrees. I am on a medical aid with FULL hospital benefits. I paid the R150-00 after hours consultation fee and my daughter was seen by the Doctor on standby. He prescribed some medication after his examination on my 8 year old daughter. I then asked the nurse on call to issue the medication. I was told that they cannot give it to my daughter because it can only be given after 9pm at night. I asked if I can go back at 9pm to collect the medication and was told NO!!!
I then had to take my daughter home with NO medication and take her back to my house Doctor the following day in order to get her much needed medication.
My daughter's health and well being was ignored by Cuyler hospital because of us being there 50 minutes too early in order to recieve mediction.

I have e-mailed the hospital on 2015/10/05 at 10:26 am and the ER Manager has up till now not responded to my e-mail.
