You call yourself Netcare? It should be NOcare…

I went to Mulbarton hospital because I was struggling to breathe and very sick. When I arrived there, I was not welcomed and I had to sit and wait… and wait and wait for them to book me in.

Eventually when I was booked into causality, the nurse came but wasn’t friendly and told me to wait for a doctor. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen, only to have the doctor come in yawning and telling me he was tired. The doctor checked me and told me he couldn’t help me and I must go home and just see if I get better when self treatment.

This hospital feels just like a government hospital but *****ing money from clients. No one told me my money was a deposit and I was due a refund, I only found out through my health insurance. And I didn’t get my monies worth.

Very POOR service and nothing gets done about it… everyone is complaining about the hospitals and yet everything stays the same.
