No service at all

Is Netcare Kuilsriver still around. Tried calling them ans selected dioptiins and waited forever and a day yet the number just rungs irrespective which department you choose. How has simple thing as just answering a phone become such a huge issue. Simply amazing. No wonder you always fund Mediclinics buzzing yet Netcare Hospitals quiet with limited patients. Service speaks volumes.
