No sense of urgency at the casualty

The level of service is poor, ine waited for more than 2 hours at the casualty and theres lack of communication to patients, even when we voiced our concern about the patient who was now vomiting but still there is no sense of urgency, they dont even put a drip although it was evident thrle patient is weak
